The rental conditions below apply to “Pina”, “Maggio”, “Flavia”, “Synne” and “Janja”, all of which are apartments in the La Maggiorina holiday apartment complex located at Via Guiseppe Mazzini 31, 14041 Agliano Terme (AT), Italy.
Check-in is between 15:00 and 19:00. Check-out is between 08:00 and 11:00. Please contact us for other check-in/check-out time.
We kindly ask you to sort rubbish according to the various “rubbish stations” in the apartments.
Please show consideration to other guests as the apartments are situated close to each other.
The apartments are suitable from 1 to 4 persons (with the possibility of an extra baby cot), depending on the type of apartment. Extra persons beyond the recommended number in the respective apartment is not recommended and in any case it must always be agreed on in advance.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. Cloth, dish brush, dish soap and glass towel are available in each apartment. (Consumables that are in the apartment on arrival (e.g. aluminum foil, plastic foil, drying roll oil, salt and pepper) are included. Consumption beyond this is paid for by the tenant).
Private bathroom equipped with towels, hair dryer, 2 rolls of toilet paper and hand soap. (Consumption beyond what is in the bathroom on arrival is paid by the tenant).
Bed linen is included. There are shoe horns and plenty of hangers in all the apartments. Electricity, water and gas are included in the rental price. Cot can be inserted at no extra cost, but must be agreed on in advance.
The apartment is cleaned weekly. Towels are changed after 4 days. Any cleaning beyond this can be ordered/agreed on at extra cost.
Unless otherwise agreed on, it is not allowed to bring pets. If agreed on in advance an extra 8 euros per day will be charged. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
All apartments have their own patio, either balcony, terrace or both. Common/shared area on the lower floor of the building. Washing machine for rent at extra fee of Eur 5. Water, mineral water, beer and wine can be purchased at the rental.

Payment terms and cancellation policy
Free cancellation 45 days prior to arrival (administrative fee of Eur 50 applies).
For cancellation between 15 and 45 days before arrival we charge 50% of the reservation amount.
For cancellation less than 15 days before arrival we charge 100% of the reservation amount.
After your reservation you will receive a separate email with payment details and deadlines.
La Maggiorina reserves the right to cancel orders that have not been paid by the due date (advance and/or final amount).

Tenant’s liability in case of damage
Any damage as a result of action or negligence, which may occur in the apartment during the tenant’s rental period, or by damage to the property in general, and which may be related to the tenant, the tenant will be held responsible for.
Unforeseen circumstances
La Maggiorina reserves the right to terminate the tenancy in the event of any unforeseen circumstances arising. If payment has been made for part or all of the stay, the amount will be refunded in full.
Tourist tax
With effect from 1 August 2021 Agliano Terme has introduced tourist tax.
The tax is per 1 January 2024 as follows:
2.00 Euro per person over 14 years up to 5 days. For days beyond the 5 first days, no tourist tax is paid.
The tourist tax must be paid in cash at arrival.
